The first stage will be ready in December 2024, the second stage in April 2025.
The architecture of PRONOIA RESIDENCE is thought out to the smallest detail for a comfortable stay. The villa is also fully furnished with a bathroom in each bedroom and a private pool.
In parallel with the construction of the villas, construction will begin on the future beach club, which will be available to all Pronoia members and villa owners.
